RELAX WITH REIKI

Reiki is a Japanese word that means "universal lifeforce". "Rei" stands for Universal, "ki" stands for energy. Reiki is one of the most popular energy healing modalities to date. It is used to restore harmony to the mind, body and spirit, reducing stress and promoting relaxation. By using gentle touch, the energy in your body will be replenished, leaving you feeling balanced and whole. It is 100% safe for anyone to receive.
There is no belief system attached to Reiki so anyone can feel comfortable receiving Reiki. The only prerequisites to receiving Reiki are: keeping an open mind and having the desire to heal your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being.
Reiki treatments can be given without the need to remove any clothing. To receive treatment the recipient simply lies down, relaxes and enjoys the rejuvenating energy experience.
In this group class, we begin with a short guided meditation. Afterwards, participants will be asked to sit or lay down comfortably to receive short Reiki treatments.
