Talking to SCMP about the benefits of being by the sea

Benefits of being by the sea

Aside from the cheesy photo, I love this piece that I participated in on sharing how living by the water (or spending time by it) is linked to “higher well-being and lower risk of depression”, a study carried out by the Chinese University and University of Exeter. I’m an advocate for spending time by the water and this is why I still continue to facilitate sessions from my home even though I know Central is easier for most of my clients. That feeling they get when they rise up from the massage bed and capture the entire sea view is priceless. To make it even better, I didn’t know that one of my favourite people, Jasmine Nunns was another source to the interview, adding to how incredibly healing swimming in Mother Nature’s pools are.
