In this month, it’s all about taking time to be an introvert and extrovert. What I mean is, make some time for some deep reflection and when you’re done with that, go have a lot of fun with friends, in groups of 3 or more! Why? July is the month to reflect on your voice and your expression internally and externally. If your head and heart space have been tied up with too many repetitive thoughts and you’re tired of those sleepless nights, it’s time to find a healthy outlet to move those thoughts and feelings out of you. On the other hand, if you’ve been itching to share your story or perform, this is the month to step into the spotlight!
Take advantage of the slower summer pace and:
Journal those thoughts and feelings you’ve been internalizing. It’s time to move them onto paper. By storing that information elsewhere, it frees up your heart and mind.
Reflect on the process of all things in your life. We’re halfway into the year. How have you been spending your time lately on weekdays, weeknights and weekends? Has it been contributing towards the goals that you have set for the year? If not, what happened and how can you get back on track?
Then like Marie Kondo taught us in the beginning of the year, take some time and clean your closet, clear out expired food and things that don’t serve you anymore. Set yourself up so that things can flow better for the rest of the year.
If you’re brave, you might want to clean up your personal finances and reflect on your spending habits too.
Go on a fun group retreat.
Karaoke with friends. Grab the mic and sing at the top of your lungs!
Or get your old band together and jam to see if you guys still got it.
Have a great July! And if you’re ever curious about how Numerology specifically applies
